Trip Fee Calculation

Trip Fee

The Mississauga – Aurora – Ajax “triangle” inclusive has no trip fee. For more remote areas, a travel fee applies, which increases based on the distance the photographer needs to travel.

Examples for some cities:

  • Oakville, Newmarket, Bradford, Whitby – $20
  • Burlington – $40
  • Oshawa – $40/$60
  • Hamilton, Guelph – $60
  • Barrie, Cambridge – $80
  • Kitchener – $80/$100
  • Brantford – $100
  • St.Catharines – $120
  • Niagara Falls – $120/$140

The trip fee is automatically calculated by our booking system when you enter the address, based on Google Maps. But you can define it right now using the calculator below.

You could think: “Why to pay a trip fee if I can find a local photographer?”

Of course you can — just open Google. But there are two factors to consider:

  • If you visit our FB page, you’ll see the wide geographic range of listings we’ve photographed. Why did all those realtors choose us instead of one of the many local photographers available online? I believe it’s because they value our quality.
  • Our prices are a flat rate for any square footage, which is unique for real estate photographers, and we don’t limit the cheapest package to 20-25 photos as many others do. If you need to photograph a medium or large house, you may end up paying a local photographer roughly the same as, or even more than, you would pay us, even including the trip fee.
