Offer more than the average MLS listing!
Limiting your listing to photos only doesn’t make sense when you can move up a level by paying just a few extra dollars for the Cinematic Slideshow — whose impact comes remarkably close to a real video (“almost a video — almost for free”).
But which of the three products gives you the most bang for your buck — the super-affordable Cinematic Slideshow (the RHYTHM bundle), the mid-priced AI-Generated Video (the NOVA bundle), or the most expensive regular Video (the CLASSIC bundle)?
Even with different pricing tiers, they deliver a highly comparable visual impact, offering a similarly strong chance of capturing a buyer’s attention.
Whichever product you choose, you receive a beautiful YouTube video featuring a carefully selected soundtrack (please read Music in Real Estate Video: More Important Than Visuals) and cinematic transitions timed to the music (“edit to beat”). Ultimately, what those transitions are “gluing” together — whether it is human-shot footage, AI video fragments, or photos — becomes secondary.
RHYTHM: Cinematic Slideshow (Rhythmic Photo Tour)
Unbeatable in terms of value for money. Technically it’s still a slideshow — but an extremely engaging one. Choosing a video over it is unlikely to increase your chances of booking a showing. Keep in mind that most MLS listings have photos only, so you’re already going above and beyond the competition.
NOVA: AI Video
Beats regular Video by far in terms of cost-to-quality ratio. While matching the quality of a standard Video — and even exceeding it in some aspects — it comes at a significantly lower price, making it the sweet spot among the three products.
CLASSIC: Regular Video
Poor cost-effectiveness — realistically, you pay more without getting anything meaningfully better than AI Video. The shoot takes longer, and turnaround is 2–3 days instead of next-day delivery. The image quality is just like an average budget video — decent, but nothing special — unlike its two ‘competitors,’ which fully inherit the stunning, high-end look of the magazine-quality HDR photos they are made from. Judging by our orders, regular Video is already practically an outdated product. I don’t know whether AI will take over the whole world, but it is definitely taking over the world of real estate video.
You might ask: Why does this article omit the Interactive Floor Plan, offered as an alternative to a 3D virtual tour?
The Interactive Floor Plan doesn’t come as a standalone bundle – it’s an add-on serving to complement your video rather than substitute it. However, if you need a Floor Plan anyway and prefer not to order a YouTube product, upgrading from a regular to an Interactive Floor Plan (the price difference is minimal) and including the link in your MLS listing is an excellent alternative — and you will still receive the regular Floor Plan as well.
